All plans include unlimited scans and unlimited viewers during your active duration.
3. Can I make changes after the project is delivered?
You may request changes within 48 hours of receiving your completed order.
After 48 hours, edits are not possible unless there is a technical issue.
4. What printing surfaces work best for AR?
AR works best on matte or satin paper with a smooth surface.
Avoid glossy, metallic, embossed, or textured prints (like heavy canvas or linen), as reflections or textures can reduce tracking accuracy.
5. Do I need an app to view the AR print?
No app is required.
Your AR experience opens directly in the mobile browser through your QR code or shareable link.
6. How long does it take to receive my AR print project?
Your AR experience will be ready within 48–72 hours after your image and video are uploaded.
7. What size and type of videos can I upload ?
