1.  What can I upload for my AR Card or Invitation, and what are the limits?

Each AR Card or Invitation supports one design/image (up to 10 MB) and one video (up to 100 MB).

Your uploaded image becomes the “target” the AR system recognizes, while the attached video plays on top of the design when scanned.

For the best results:

  • Use a clear, high-resolution image of your card design
  • Avoid blurry, dark, or low-contrast designs
  • Choose a video that is short, polished, and meaningful (announcements, greetings, love messages, event highlights, etc.)
2. How long will my AR card or invitation remain active, and are there scan limits?

You choose your AR duration at checkout:

  • 1 Month
  • 6 Months
  • 1 Year
  • Lifetime

All options include:

  • Unlimited scans
  • Unlimited viewers
  • Unlimited sharing

Your AR experience never has viewing limits — guests can scan the card as many times as they like throughout your selected duration.
3. What paper or printing type works best for AR cards and invitations?

AR works best when the printed card is easy for the camera to recognize. For the strongest performance, we recommend:

Best Options (Highly Recommended):

  • Matte card stock
  • Satin finishes
  • Smooth, non-reflective surfaces
  • High-quality printing with crisp colors

Avoid These (May Reduce Tracking Accuracy):

  • High-gloss or shiny paper
  • Metallic foil designs
  • Embossed/raised surfaces
  • Linen or textured card stock
  • Designs with very little contrast or too much empty space

If you are sending digital invitations (PDFs or images), AR works perfectly without any printing limitations.
4. Can I request changes after my AR project is delivered?

Yes — we allow updates or changes within 48 hours of receiving your completed AR project.

After 48 hours, changes are not possible unless a technical issue is affecting the AR experience (in which case we fix it at no cost).

Please double-check your files before uploading to avoid any delays.
5. Do I need an app to view the AR invitation? How does it work for my guests?

No app is needed.

Your guests simply:

  1. Scan the QR code or access the link provided.
  2. Open the link in their mobile browser
  3. Point their camera at the card design
  4. Watch your video message or highlight clip appear instantly

This makes AR invitations accessible to everyone, even if they’ve never used AR before.
6. How long does it take to complete my AR card or invitation, and do you offer refunds?

Your AR project is completed within 48-72 hours after you provide your files.

Most cards and invitations are ready sooner depending on workload and complexity.

Refunds:

Refunds are available only if you contact support within 48 hours of receiving your final AR project.

After that, all sales are final due to the custom nature of the digital work.
