These Terms of Service (“Terms,” “Agreement”) govern your use of the website, platform, digital tools, and services offered by Augdepot LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” “our”), including all augmented-reality (AR) digital products, upload portals, project systems, support pages, and any other site or service we operate (collectively, the “Service”).


By accessing, purchasing from, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service immediately.

 

 

 

1. Eligibility & Account Requirements

You may use the Service only if:

 

  • You are at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction;

  • You have the legal authority to enter into contracts;

  • All information you provide is accurate, complete, and up-to-date;

  • You will not use the Service for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.

 

If using the Service on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorized to bind that entity.

 

 

 

2. Description of Service

Augdepot LLC provides digital, augmented-reality (AR) experiences, including but not limited to:

 

  • AR Cards

  • AR Photo Albums

  • AR Photo Prints

  • AR Marketing Projects

  • Customizable Digital Templates

  • QR Codes and AR Activation Links

 

All items delivered are digital products. No physical items are shipped unless explicitly stated.

It is your responsibility to ensure your device can access and display AR experiences.

 

 

3. User Content (Images, Videos, Business Logos, Personal Media)

 


 

3.1 Definition

“User Content” means any images, photos, videos, logos, text, business materials, or other files you upload to our platform or provide to us for your project.


 

3.2 Your Responsibilities & Representations

By submitting User Content, you confirm that:

 

  • You own the rights to the content or have permission/licenses to use it;

  • Your content does not infringe any copyright, trademark, privacy, or publicity rights;

  • Your content does not contain sensitive information of others without consent;

  • Your content does not include minors unless you have the legal right or parental/guardian permission;

  • Your content is safe, non-malicious, and does not contain viruses or harmful code.

You assume full responsibility for any legal claims related to your content.

3.3 License You Grant Us

By uploading User Content, you grant Augdepot LLC a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to:

  • store, process, and modify the content

  • create AR experiences and deliver your order

  • maintain backups

  • use anonymized or non-identifiable content internally for troubleshooting, quality control, or system improvement

We will never use your content for marketing without your explicit written consent.


 

3.4 Prohibited Content

You may NOT upload content that is:

  • unlawful, threatening, defamatory, obscene, violent, or discriminatory

  • pornographic or explicit

  • harmful to minors

  • infringing on intellectual property rights

  • fraudulent or misleading

  • harmful (malware, viruses, corrupted files)

We reserve the right to reject, remove, or disable any User Content at our sole discretion.

 

 

4. Content Storage, Retention & Deletion

  • We store User Content only as long as needed to complete your project.

  • After project delivery, content may be archived for quality assurance, troubleshooting, compliance, and operational needs.

  • You may request permanent deletion of your files by emailing info@cordurare.com.

  • 30 days from project expiration we initiate automatic deletion of all your files.

  • Full deletion from backups may take up to additional 30 days.

 

 

 

 

5. Digital Product Delivery

Once you place an order:

 

  1. You receive a link and/or QR code to upload your files.

  2. After upload, we begin creating your AR project.

  3. Your final AR experience is delivered digitally via email or dashboard.

  4. Delivery time may vary based on complexity, volume, and our workload.

Spam filtering, incorrect email input, or device issues on your end are outside our control.

 

 

 

6. 48-Hour Change Window

Customers have 48 hours after uploading files to request changes, corrections, or adjustments.

After 48 hours:

  • The project is considered final.

  • Additional changes may incur extra fees unless the issue is due to a verified technical error caused by us.

This policy ensures project flow and protects production time.

 

 

 

7. Payments & Refunds

Payments must be made through our secure, approved processors.

Because all products are digital and custom-made, all sales are final except in cases of:

 

  • duplicate billing

  • a verified technical failure on our part

  • non-delivery of your final AR project

 

A full Refund Policy will be provided separately.

 

 

 

8. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to:

  • use the Service for illegal or unauthorized purposes

  • attempt to hack, scrape, reverse engineer, or disrupt the platform

  • upload harmful or malicious files

  • impersonate another person or business

  • use automation or bots to interact with the Service

  • interfere with servers, systems, or network operations

Violation may result in suspension or termination.

 

 

 

9. Intellectual Property Rights

All software, code, design systems, AR technology, templates, website content, and branding are exclusively owned by Augdepot LLC.


Users may not:

  • copy

  • reproduce

  • resell

  • distribute

  • reverse engineer

    any part of our Service.

 

Your User Content remains your property, subject to the license granted for project fulfillment.

 

 

 

10. Third-Party Services

We may use third-party tools for:

  • hosting

  • analytics

  • payment processing

  • content delivery

  • AR rendering

 

We are not responsible for:

 

  • their policies

  • outages

  • breaches outside our control

  • their actions or content

 

 

11. Security

We implement commercially reasonable safeguards to protect user data.

However, no system can guarantee absolute security.


You are responsible for:

  • securing your login credentials

  • protecting your device

  • safeguarding your network connection

 

 

 

 

12. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.”

We do NOT guarantee:

  • uninterrupted operation

  • error-free delivery

  • compatibility with all devices

  • third-party reliability

  • permanent access to AR links (though we strive for long-term availability)

You use the Service at your own risk.

 

 

 

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Augdepot LLC is NOT liable for:

 

  • lost profits, lost sales, lost data, or lost business

  • device incompatibility

  • misuse of User Content by third parties

  • delays or interruptions

  • user error

  • illegal or unauthorized content uploaded by you

  • indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Our total liability will never exceed the amount paid for your order.

 

 

 

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Augdepot LLC, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claim, loss, liability, or expense (including attorney fees) arising from:

 

  • your use of the Service

  • your User Content

  • your violation of these Terms

  • infringement of third-party rights

  • misuse of AR tools or technology

 

 

15. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if:

  • you violate these Terms

  • you upload prohibited content

  • your actions pose security or legal risks

  • operational necessity requires it

Termination does not affect your financial obligations.

 

 

 

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Missouri, USA, without regard to conflicts of law.

Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Missouri, United States.

 

 

 

17. Changes to Terms

We may update or modify these Terms at any time.

Updated versions will carry a new “Last Updated” date.


Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
