Each AR Photo Print supports 1 image (up to 10 MB) and 1 video (up to 100 MB). For best results, upload clear, high-quality files.
How long does the AR activation last?
Choose from 1 Month, 6 Months, 1 Year, or Lifetime. All plans include unlimited scans and unlimited viewers during your active period.
Can I make changes after the project is delivered?
You may request changes within 48 hours of receiving your completed order. After that, edits may require support review.
What printing surfaces work best for AR?
AR works best on matte or satin paper with a smooth surface. Avoid glossy, metallic, embossed, or heavily textured prints.
Do I need an app to view the AR print?
No app is required. Your AR experience opens directly in the mobile browser through your QR code or shareable link.
How long does it take to receive my project?
Most projects are delivered digitally on a fast turnaround after we receive your files. Exact timing depends on complexity and current volume.
Is this a print service?
This is a digital AR service only. We do not print physical materials — you print your file where you prefer.
