1. What exactly is an AR Photo Album?
An AR Photo Album is a traditional photo album enhanced with a custom augmented reality layer. When someone scans the album’s unique QR code or link, your chosen video or animation instantly plays on top of the album, creating a living, interactive memory.
2. How many images can I animate in one album?
You can animate up to 20 different images in a single AR Photo Album.
Each image can have its own video attachment, creating a multi-scene, fully interactive digital experience inside your album.
3. How many videos can I upload?
You can upload one video for each animated page.
For example:
- 5-page album → 5 videos
- 10-page album → 10 videos
- 15-page album → 15 videos
- 20-page album → 20 videos
Matching your selected page count. Each image becomes a unique AR trigger.
4. Is there a scan/viewing limit?
No.
You get unlimited scans and unlimited viewers.
Your AR album can be viewed as many times as you want by anyone you share it with.
5. What size and type of videos can I upload ?
We accept common formats like MP4, MOV, and most standard video files.
Videos can be short messages, highlights, montages, animations, or cinematic clips.
Each 1 image (up to 10 MB) and 1 video (up to 100 MB).
For best results, upload clear, high-quality files with good lighting and contrast.
6. Can I update Video Later ?
No. You can only request updates within 48 hours of order delivery.
Your chosen expiration tier determines how long the content stays accessible.
7. Will this include a physical album?
No. This is a digital-only product.
You receive a QR code, shareable link, and your complete AR album online.
You can print your own photo book if you choose, but printing is not included.
8. Are there any printing requirements if I decide to print my album later?
Yes. If you choose to print your digital AR album on your own, we recommend using non-glossy or low-gloss paper. Highly reflective or glossy surfaces can interfere with the image-recognition system.
Additionally, certain textured papers—such as heavy linen, canvas-style textures, or embossed surfaces—may reduce tracking accuracy.
For best AR performance, use smooth, matte, or satin finishes where the image remains clear and evenly visible.
9. Do you accept refunds?
We accept refunds only if you contact support within 48 hours of receiving your order.
After that period, refunds are not available due to the custom digital work involved.
